Questions
When do I get paid?
Each commission becomes payable 14 days after your friend’s payment. We send payments once a month by PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or Wise (outside the US, PayPal or Wise) once you have $10 or more payable. Anything under $10 rolls over and never expires.
Do I need a plan to refer people?
You need to have subscribed at least once. Current and past customers both count, so you can still refer friends after you’ve got your phone and cancelled. Your link is on your account page.
What if my friend cancels?
You keep what you’ve already earned. Commissions stop while they’re not paying, and if they come back, their 20% off and your 30% come back with them.
What about refunds and chargebacks?
If a friend’s payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it comes out of your future earnings.
Who can I refer?
Anyone who has never paid for Store Stock Checker. Someone who has paid before can’t be referred, and referring yourself doesn’t count.
Can the program change?
We can change or end the program, and we’ll pay what you’ve already earned under the rules at the time you earned it. The full rules are in our Terms.
